The Stretchy Cats Club

A 45-minute Reformer class dedicated to stretching, mobility, and releasing tension.

This full-body class moves at an unhurried pace, combining longer holds with gentle, flowing movement to help you improve flexibility, restore range of motion, and feel more at ease in your body.

The focus is on mindful, feel-good movement rather than pushing or forcing. You’ll be guided through sequences that allow you to slow down, tune in, and move in a way that feels supportive and grounding.

This class is suitable for all levels and is a great complement to more strength-focused sessions.

Wear your most comfortable activewear or cosy layers, whatever helps you move and relax with ease.
