Our Signature Full body class

Original reformer Pilates mixed with strength, balance and stability challenges.

Options for increasing and decreasing challenge are offered and movements are taught in layered sequences, giving you time to master each element and choose the level of challenge you want as the session proceeds.

Open to beginners or more experienced movers.

Led by highly experienced instructors.

You'll need socks for class. Bring your own, or purchase some grip socks in the studio.

B.Y.O.B Bring your Own Baby

Wednesday's 10.30am to 11.15am.

  • A feel good 45-minute class designed to ease you back into movement after having your baby.
  • Strengthen, stretch and socialise your way through your workout with bub and other parents!

What to bring: baby + blanket or capsule. You are welcome to hold your baby on the reformer or have on a blanket or capsule on the floor. Wear clothing your feel comfy moving in, and don't forget your socks.

  • Cuddle, feed or change breaks are welcome any time.

Who for : Mums post birth with clearance for exercise, parents, caregivers and NON-CRAWLING babies only please.

Investment: $144.

No prior reformer experience required.
Led by our brilliant instructor Tayla, who is pre and post-natal qualified.

Bouncy Cats - Open level

Jumpboard Refomer Class 🦘

A Reformer workout using the jumpboard attachment for some of the class.

-Pilates version of a high impact workout.

-Open level for beginners and experienced movers however it can be a faster paced class, first timers to the studio might want to try a non-jump class if it's your first time on a reformer.

-Pre-natal friendly if you are feeling up for some jumping!

-Get prepared to get that heart rate up and to leave smiling 😎
