
Jumpboard Refomer Class 🦘
A Reformer workout using the jumpboard attachment for some of the class.
-Pilates version of a high impact workout.
-Open level for beginners and experienced movers however it can be a faster paced class, first timers to the studio might want to try a non-jump class if it's your first time on a reformer.
-Pre-natal friendly if you are feeling up for some jumping!
-Get prepared to get that heart rate up and to leave smiling 😎
You'll need socks for class. Bring your own or purchase some grip socks in the studio.
