Bouncy Cats - Open level

A dynamic Reformer Pilates class that uses the jumpboard attachment for part of the session, adding a cardiovascular element to your practice.

This class offers a Pilates-based approach to higher-energy movement, combining jumping sequences with strength and control work. While the pace can be a little quicker at times, options are always offered so you can adjust intensity and move in a way that feels supportive for you.

The class is open to both beginners and experienced movers. If it’s your very first time on a Reformer, you may feel more comfortable starting with a non-jump class to get familiar with the equipment and pacing.

This class is prenatal-friendly if you are feeling comfortable with jumping and have clearance to continue higher-impact movement.

Expect to raise your heart rate, build coordination and strength, and leave feeling energised and accomplished.

Please bring grip socks for class. You’re welcome to bring your own or purchase a pair in the studio.
