Beginner/Open level

A thoughtful, full-body Reformer Pilates class that blends traditional Pilates with strength, balance, and stability work.

Classes are taught in layered sequences, giving you time to learn each movement and build gradually. Options are always offered, so you can increase or decrease the level of challenge and move in a way that feels right for your body on the day.

This class is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced movers. You are not expected to keep up or push beyond what feels supportive. Progress here is personal.

Classes are led by highly experienced instructors who guide you with care, clarity, and attention.

Please bring grip socks for class. You’re welcome to bring your own or purchase a pair in the studio.
