A feel-good 45-minute Reformer class designed to gently support your return to movement after having a baby.
This class focuses on rebuilding strength, restoring mobility, and helping you feel more connected to your body again, all in a relaxed and supportive environment. Movement is paced thoughtfully, with options offered throughout so you can work at a level that feels right for you.
The class is designed to accommodate the natural rhythm of caring for a little one. Feeding, cuddling, and changing breaks are always welcome.
On the final class of each 6-week block, we stay back for a relaxed coffee and chat in the studio. Loren brings coffees at the end of class, and it’s a lovely chance to connect with other parents.
Who this class is for
This class is suitable for mums post-birth with clearance for exercise, as well as parents and caregivers. Babies must be non-crawling.
What to bring
Please bring a capsule or blanket so your baby can be settled on the floor. There will be times when you can have your baby with you on the Reformer, and times when they’ll be more comfortable resting nearby.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in, and don’t forget your socks.
No prior Reformer experience is required. Classes are led by our wonderful instructor Tayla, who is pre- and post-natal qualified and teaches with care, clarity, and understanding.
